Just the job for stews or curries, taken from the neck or as off- cuts from roasting joints.

The pieces are of a good size and are well trimmed of all superflous fat and connective tissue; requiring no further preparation.

Having been hung for three or four weeks the meat will cook in about 3/4s of the time you might expect.

Although most popular as a winter warmer, these pieces could be fried or grilled to make a quick supper. 

Our casserole cubes come in a pack of 500g.
