Our farming philosophy means we have had the honour of welcoming quite a few special guests over the last few years. In August 2013 we were championed by Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley, who spent two days with us at Hillhead Farm.
The sisters kicked off their Thoughtful Eating tour with Samsung GALAXY S4 and drove down to Devon to learn about our wild farming technique and grass reared beef and cook a wonderful beef stew. They and their crew were totally engaging with boundless energy and charm.
Their cook book ‘The Art of Eating Well’ is already onto its third reprint and is great for everyone who wants a healthy lifestyle. The Beef Stew and Lamb Meatballs with Cauliflower Tabouleh are our favourites!
