Your wild Devon rib of beef we enjoyed on Sunday with the family was the best ever!  I have never tasted such delicious melt in your mouth rib of beef!  Not a scrap was left apart from some small pieces attached to the rib bones soon to be devoured by Bonnie the dog!  It made great conversation around the dinner table too.
I loved the sonnet in your blog by John Clare would love to see more!!

Dear Richard. The beef I ordered arrived in good order and on time this morning as promised. It looks absolutely wonderful, just as meat should but rarely does. I am really looking forward to cooking and eating it. I enclose our cheque in payment, and will pass the word around our friends who also like good meat.
