Our Produce – Beef – Beef Sausages

Usually made from brisket or shin, our sausages are nearly pure meat, with minimal amounts of preservatives and rusk. As they are packed in a lamb casing (thus having no pork in them), which is not so stout, they come as chipolatas and therefore need less cooking.
On account of their light processing, they do not have a shelf life of more than a few days, and if not eaten promptly should be frozen, which they do well.
They make a great casserole.
